Abstract

Le Comité consultatif sur l'enseignement de l’histoire dans les écoles a tenu deux réunions pendant le congrès annuel de la Société historique du Canada à Calgary, en juin 1994.

A project to restore the Morrin College building on St-Stanislas St. in Old Québec and create the Centre Historique Joseph-Morrin Historical Centre is progressing well. Built as Québec City's first prison in 1808-13, the building was subsequently home to a degree- granting college in the late 19th century.
