CHA Annual Meeting / Réunion annuelle de la SHC

Abstract

Every year, the CHA holds elections to select three new individuals to replace the outgoing Council members whose three year term expires. As is always the case, voters had to choose between 6 worthy candidates. This year, the outgoing Council members were Jerry Bannister, Tina Chen and Catherine Carstairs. Our president, Mary Lynn Stewart, publicly thanked each one of them at the Annual General Meeting for their service in the last three years. In addition,Mary Lynn took the opportunity to recognize the work that Alexandra Mosquin has done for the CHA since 2007 as English-Language Secretary and Co-editor of the Bulletin.

La SHC tient, et ce, chaque année, une élection pour élire trois personnes qui remplaceront les membres sortants du Conseil d’administration dont le mandat de trois ans expire. Comme c’est toujours le cas, les membres avaient à choisir entre six candidats méritants. Cette année, les membres sortants du Conseil étaient Jerry Bannister, Tina Chen et Catherine Carstairs. Notre présidente,Mary Lynn Stewart, a publiquement remercié chacun d’eux à l’assemblée annuelle des membres pour leur service au cours des trois dernières années. De plus,Mary Lynn a profité de l’occasion pour souligner le travail qu’Alexandra Mosquin a fait pour la SHC depuis 2007 à titre de secrétaire de langue anglaise et corédactrice du Bulletin.
