Abstract: A major focus for the soon to be created Library and Archives Canada (LAC) will be activities aimed at making its collections accessible to Canadians and facilitating cooperation among communities involved in the diffusion of knowledge. In the longer term, LAC will also be looking at how it can make content accessible for university and life-long learners.
