Abstract

It is a great honour to introduce myself as the new Graduate Student Liaison on the CHA Council and current Co-Chair of the Graduate Students' Committee of the Canadian Historical Association (GSC-CHA). The other members of the GSC-CHA Executive are Gina Heinbockel-Bolik, Simon Fraser University, Co-Chair; Andrew Smith, University of Western Ontario, Treasurer; and Aaron Plamondon, University of Calgary, Webmaster. We look forward to serving you over the 2004-2005 academic year.

Je me présente : je suis l’actuel coprésident du Comité des étudiants diplômés de la Société historique du Canada(CED-SHC) et j’ai le grand honneur d’avoir été récemment nommé membre du Conseil de la Société historique du Canada à titre d’agent de liaison avec les étudiants diplômés. Les autres membres du comité exécutif du CED-SHC sont Gina Heinbockel-Bolik (coprésidente), de la Simon Fraser University, Andrew Smith (trésorier), de la University of Western Ontario, et Aaron Plamondon (webmestre), de la University of Calgary. Nous entreprenons l’année universitaire 2004-2005 avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme.
