Publisher: Canadian Historical Association / Société historique du Canada
Series/Report no.: Vol 35 numéro 3;
Abstract: So is there a big ‘D’ in Macdonald or what? As I enter into my third year as co-editor of this newsletter, I can look back on a litany of typos and minor errors when I turn through the pages of earlier issues. By the time we get all the articles, etc. together, we are in a race against the clock, trying to get the pressing news of your historical association into your mailboxes, before you have read every bit of it on the Internet. And we make occasional mistakes - principally with names and book titles. For all those whose names were misspelled in the pages and pages of gossip recounted in this issue’s “News from the Field,” we apologize in advance.
